7/22/10; sprint work
Record your slowest time-
10 x 200m, with a 45 second rest between each round.

Time- 40 seconds.
Self timed, so I'm sure that there was some error there. My best time was 35 seconds. Exhausting WOD.
3-2-1... GO!
