Best streak on DUs was 28. I gotta start practicing those again. Unbroken on sit ups and my push ups were split 40/10/10. Swings sucked the air out of my lungs and by the time I hit push jerks, my shoulders were on fire. The run went okay. I tried pushing it pretty hard on the run, but my legs wouldn't cooperate.

I posted a total time of 20:43 for this WOD. Double unders( this was my most impressive performance to date!) i had 3 good streaks 30 ish 20 20 the bad part was the rest were in 2s and 3s haha. I seem to be having issues with the events that are lifting overhead. My push jerks were in groups of 3-4. great WOD.
